Building or full Block 31 rental is available for public events or fundraisers though pricing varies from one event to another.
Factors that play a role in pricing: - Type of public event - Length of event (hours/days) - Anticipated attendance and ages - Alcohol allowed, served, or sold. Sale of Alcohol at The Event Center requires proof of permit / license by renter or caterer prior to event. A Security Deposit is required when alcohol is served or sold at public events.
