2025 Spring Special:

"MINI" or "HALF" day rentals receive an EXTRA HOUR
of use for NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Schedule or book event in MARCH 2025 - APRIL 2025 - MAY 2025.
Sunday - Thursday rentals may be between 8am - 8pm.
Friday & Saturday rentals between 8am - 10pm.
Limited to private events of no more than 65 guests.

Open to the Public: $50/hr
Clubs/Organizations: $40/hr*
Small Social Clubs $25/hr*
* Receive a $5, $10 or $15 hourly discount per meeting by providing your organizations registered membership list.

GREAT ROOM
Mini (3h): $160special(normally 2hrs)
Half (6h): $350special(normally 5hrs)
Full (10h): $600
Max Capacity: 100 people
Same Day set up available.
Full Day Rentals may reserve the evening before event to set up/decorate for just $100 if available at the time of booking.

This was a reception set up for 80 plus head and side tables for a total of 96. Buffet tables along south wall.

Requires a 30% non-refundable deposit paid with return of signed rental agreement.

A Security Deposit may be required when alcohol is present.
The Sale of Alcohol requires proof of permit and/or license prior to event. No Exceptions.
